There is a limit of 7 people per workshop enabling individual tuition, please note that we only run this course 2 or 3 times a year.

• Areas covered : glass cutting, mixing paints, painting technique and kiln firing

This course is designed for complete beginners, for those who want to know how to paint on glass to enhance leaded stained glass panels. We will be practising traditional techniques used to make church and cathederal stained glass. Once the vitreous paint is fired in the kiln it becomes part of the glass and is permanent. Each student will go home with their work at the end of the day.

Tuesday evenings are for those who have attended a stained glass day course and now wish to practise techniques learnt as they embark on their own projects under supervision. The price is £90 for a block of 6 consecutive workshops (materials not included ) from 6pm-8:30pm.

Please refer to the Class dates and availability page and remember to book in advance as evenings are popular and demand is high!
